Our Policy+Repair

Fill out our repair form. Repair button is below. It's that easy.  
We get it - when you leave, we can't go home with you.  Our services are non-refundable but we definitely value our work and want it to reasonably last.  Once our service is completed, we offer free repair services for the first 4 days only.  That means any breaks, chips, or lifts are fixed at no charge as long as you come back within the first 4 days.  Fill the Repair Form below & provide the date you were in, the type of service completed (i.e. nail extension acrylic, nail extension gel liquid, shellac/ gel polish, or regular nail polish) and detail what needs to be fixed.  Or email us hello@thenailkeeper.ca
