![]() Let's be real here. As we get older, we need to be more conscious of #selfcare. How hard do you work on your hands and feet? Everyday (100% Everyday). Make it your effort to strengthen your working tools. Here's some pretty good tips: 1. Try to file only in one direction. A back and forth motion can cause your nails to be more brittle. 2. Try oils. Certain oils strengthen your nails like: olive oil (to moisturize), tree oil (antiseptic fungal prevention), and vitamin E (oxidant rich ingredient). Soak your nails in a bowl of oil for 20 mins to restore and strengthen. 3. Eat food high in sulfur like broccoli, onion, and garlic. They repair and add shine. 4. Keep your nails super-moisturized. Vaseline will do the trick! We all have places to go and work to master. Take care of yourself well and you will move well. For source and more details visit here. |
